Awakening

I woke up this morning and I was no longer a cadaver of burnt emotions. I was no longer yearning for electrocuted desires nor was I digging out buried lies. I was no more "What I should have been" as I imagined.
I was one.
I was in sync with my self. I was one with my soul. No lover, relative, friend or foe could hurt me. I had moved up the value chain. I was no more a living dead. I was a rekindled spirit of self.
I woke up this morning and I Was Alive.
